Compton Headstart

Compton Headstart is a facility that promotes school readiness, child development and family well-being for prenatal mothers and children ages 0 to 3. Environ worked closely with The Children’s Institute to develop an early education center in the heart of Compton. This facility provides a local space for their teaching and support staff to work with children from a young age, ensuring children and their families are ready for the transition to preschool.

Adaptive modular classroom design

The modular design of the classrooms allowed for a fast tracked construction timeline while maintaining the facility needs for their students and teachers.
