Marlena is restaurant that artfully balances Mediterranean culinary traditions with unexpected wood-fired flavors meant to transport your senses. Environ worked with Mokume Design who carefully crafted the intimate Interior spaces to reflect the vibrant menu and surrounding neighborhood.
Breathing New Life Through Adaptive Reuse
The Marlena space was created from an existing commercial office / retail space which was redesigned to accommodate the commercial kitchen, bar, dining, outdoor patio and parking spaces.
